Shoichi Hasegawa, a first-year doctoral student (D1) in the Emergent Systems Laboratory, received both the Best Paper Award and SICE International Young Award at the 2023 IEEE/SICE International Symposium on System Integration (SII 2023) held in Atlanta, USA. The title of the winning paper is “Inferring Place-Object Relationships by Integrating Probabilistic Logic and Multimodal Spatial Concepts”.　This news is also introduced on the Ritsumeikan University website, so please take a look.
