Alumnus Hikaru Nakagawa and his colleagues received the Franklin V. Taylor Memorial Award at the IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC2024). The title of his paper is “Pointing Frame Estimation with Audio-Visual Time Series Data for Daily Life Service Robots. It was co-authored by Shoichi Hasegawa, a third-year doctoral student, Dr. Yoshinobu Hagiwara, Dr. Akira Taniguchi, and Prof.Tadahiro Taniguchi.
